Basic Information

  • Two-Week Session: June 16 - 27
  • Monday - Friday, 11am - 2pm (20 minute pick-up and drop-off windows)
  • Ages 7 to 15 
  • Great summer camp for kids from Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Canyon Hills, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta and other surrounding cities

Activities

  • One hour of jiu jitsu instruction and sparring daily
  • One hour of judo instruction and sparring daily

Classes will be taught by Shimeru's primary coaches, led by head coach Patrick Dooley. He is a SafeSport-certified national judo coach who holds a second-degree judo black belt and first degree jiu jitsu black belt. He will be joined on the mat and throughout the camp Shimeru's team of coaches who have been working together for nearly four years teaching jiu jitsu and judo to scores of children, ages four through teenage years. 


Shimeru's top-notch facilities include with nearly 3,000 square feet of elevated mat spaces, most built on spring sub-floors, for the safest possible training environment. Fridges and microwaves are available for lunches.
